Transcripts preserve the ideas, not the book structure
A transcript is valuable because it contains explanations, examples, objections, and the author's natural vocabulary. It is usually poor book structure: the conversation follows questions and detours rather than a reader's learning path.

Clean only what changes meaning
- Remove long sections that are completely unrelated to the intended book.
- Keep concrete examples, disagreements, and stories even when the spoken wording is messy.
- Keep speaker labels when attribution matters.
- Do not flatten every sentence into formal prose before import; the transcript is useful evidence of voice.
