Analyze source material and build the knowledge base
What Scribora does in the Analyze phase and when to rebuild the project knowledge base.
Why analysis comes before the outline
The Analyze phase turns the gathered source set into a usable project knowledge base. Planning directly from a pile of raw inputs makes it easier to over-weight the last document or miss relationships across sources.
Run analysis after the core source set is present. If you add material that materially changes the book, analyze again before regenerating the outline.
Research enrichment
When enrichment is available, use it to fill factual or contextual gaps rather than to replace your source material. The book should still have a clear source-first spine.
Ready to use the workflow?
Start with a real source set. Scribora is most useful when you already have material worth turning into a book.
