Scribora troubleshooting
Common reasons a project is blocked at sources, outline, generation, credits, or export.
The project cannot move past Gather
Make sure the project contains at least one usable source and that source processing has completed. Empty or failed source imports cannot produce a meaningful analysis stage.
Chapter generation stops early
Generation can pause when the remaining credit balance cannot cover the next operation. The project keeps the chapters already generated; add credits through the appropriate plan or project purchase before continuing.
Export is not visible
The Publish section is gated by export readiness. If the project still needs an outline or generated chapters, finish the current workflow phase first.
A one-off purchase is not showing on the account plan
That is expected. Standard Book and Pro Book are project-scoped entitlements, not account subscription tiers. Open the purchased project to see the unlocked workflow.
